Wireless charging requires Qi (wireless charging) compatible devices. We strongly recommend using the AC Power Adapter included in the box for faster charging.
Once connected to a power outlet place the device directly on the charging pad. When centered correctly a solid blue light will turn on indicating that the charging has started.
A flashing blue light warns that the foreign object detection (FOD) function is activated and the device needs to be re-centered.
When the device is fully charged a green light will turn on.
Please note, that devices might become hot while charging as a normal part of any wireless induction.
While the blue light will be on, the charging might temporarily pause for few minutes to let the phone cool down and automatically resume when the optimal temperature is reached.

I love the TRIO Ball Oak. It is incredibly stylish but also functional. It looks so much better than the three sets of loose cords it has replaced.

Nice product!

I just started using the Trio this week and so far I love it! No issues with getting all my products to charge and it looks great on my side table. My only small comment about design is that the charging cable sticks out from the product, meaning I can’t place it flush against the wall, however this is a minor inconvenience.

Too Warm

We received the Trio Black Oak last week and it is a great charger, however it heats up my IPhones while charging to the point where they stop charging until they cool off. I am concerned that the heat produced by will damage my IPhones.
