Do NYTSTND charging stations come with a power adapter?

Yes. Every NYTSTND charging station ships with a power adapter and cable matched to that product’s requirements. While we also sell GaN (Gallium Nitride) adapters as a separate upgrade product, not every included adapter is GaN.
What’s the difference between included adapters and GaN adapters?
  • Included adapters: Each station includes the correct wattage adapter to power all of its charging surfaces safely.

  • NYTSTND GaN adapters (sold separately): Smaller, cooler, and more efficient than standard adapters—ideal for travel or maximizing charging performance.
 Compatibility & Charging Tech
Are NYTSTND chargers MagSafe compatible?

Yes—NYTSTND docks include magnetic alignment for iPhone 12 and newer and charge Qi-enabled devices. Phones without MagSafe still charge via Qi on flat pads (alignment rings/cases help).
Do NYTSTND stations work with Android phones?

Absolutely. Any Qi-enabled phone (Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, etc.) charges on the Qi surfaces. (Magnetic snap is iPhone-specific unless your case adds a magnetic ring.)
Do they charge Apple Watch and AirPods?

Yes. TRIO, QUAD, and Foldables include Apple Watch charging and a dedicated bay or pad for AirPods/AirPods Pro.
What about the new Qi2 standard?

Qi2 brings MagSafe-style magnetic alignment to the open standard and improves efficiency. NYTSTND’s roadmap is aligned with Qi2 so your investment stays current as devices adopt it.
How fast do they charge?
  • iPhone (MagSafe/Qi): Up to 15W.

  • Android (Qi): Typically 10–15W depending on handset.

  • Apple Watch: Model-appropriate charging (compatible across series).

  • USB-C wired port (where present): Up to 20–30W pass-through on select models.
What power adapter should I use?

Use the included NYTSTND adapter for best results. If using third-party, it must be USB-C PD compliant and meet these wattage ranges:

DUO/UNO: 18–20W

 How do I set up my NYTSTND station?
  1. Plug the included adapter into AC and connect via USB-C cable.

  2. Place your phone on the MagSafe/Qi pad.

  3. Seat AirPods/earbuds in the dedicated bay.

  4. Lay your Apple Watch on the puck/stand.

5.Tidy extra cable length under the base (on models with cable channels).
Tips for best charging performance?

Use the included adapter, center your phone, avoid stacked metals/cards, and keep the station in a ventilated area.
How do I clean it?

Unplug first. Wipe wood/leather with a soft, slightly damp cloth; dry immediately. Avoid solvents and alcohol wipes on leather.
Are there LEDs? Can I sleep next to it?

 Status LEDs (where present) are dim and sleep-friendly, designed to show charging at a glance without disturbing rest.!
Orders, Shipping, Returns & Warranty
What is the return policy?

We gladly accept returns. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Products should be in original condition with all accessories. Personalized items are returnable only if defective or damaged.
What warranty do you offer?

All NYTSTND products include a limited warranty (typically 1 year) against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Rates, delivery times, and VAT/duties depend on destination. Estimates are shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?

If it hasn’t shipped yet, contact support with your order number—we’ll help adjust.

Troubleshooting
My phone isn’t charging or charges intermittently—what should I check?
  • Verify you’re using the included adapter or a compliant third-party with correct wattage.

  • Remove thick/metal cases or cards; re-center the device.

  • Test with a known-good USB-C cable.

  • Restart the device if it’s thermally throttled. If issues persist, contact support with your order number, phone model, case, and adapter wattage.
Can I use third-party power bricks/cables?

Yes, if they’re USB-IF certified and meet the wattage ranges. Cheap cables and bricks are the #1 cause of poor performance.
Materials & Sustainability
What materials do you use? Are they durable?

We use real wood (oak, walnut, or black finishes) and genuine leather over a rigid frame, plus high-grade electronics. The result is sturdy, stays put, and ages gracefully.
Can parts be replaced?

Power supplies and cables are easily replaceable. Reach out if you need replacements—we prefer repair over replacement.
