The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.


North America: 5-7 business days

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

International (Outside US): 1-2 weeks

We do not offer pre-paid return shipping for international orders.

Due to the current environment with the COVID-19 virus, shipments are taking longer to reach their destinations. The shipping carriers are working hard to meet their commitments, but shipments may be delayed.
Specifically, shipments with International destinations can take additional weeks for completed deliveries.


Our product price does not include VAT or custom fee for your country.
Please note that some international shipping destinations may incur additional customs fees upon arrival. 
Due to the customs policy of different countries, we are not able to control the duties.

NYTSTND cannot be held responsible for any possible duties that may be applied by customs in the destination country.  

The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes and other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

We gladly accept returns

Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery.

Items purchased at the NYTSTND Online Store that are received between November 14 2022 and December 30 2022, you can return this item anytime through January 14, 2023.
All purchases made after January 2, 2022, are subject to the Standard Return Policy.

We will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit. 
Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

e-Gift Cards are not refundable, nor may they be resold. Any outstanding balance of the e-Gift Card shall not be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return
Shipping costs for the return of a product are the customer's responsibility.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
