We do not offer pre-paid return shipping for international orders.


Our product price does not include VAT or customs fees for your country.
Please note that some international shipping destinations may incur additional customs fees upon arrival. 
Due to the customs policy of different countries, we are not able to control the duties.

The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes, and other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery.

In the event of a return, kindly note that if the product is found to have missing components or is not in its original, pristine condition, we may apply up to 25% restocking fee in accordance with our policy.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, all shipping and handling costs may be deducted from your refund. 


For replacement services, please be aware that we solely assume responsibility for the return shipping expenses; consequently, the cost associated with shipping the product to us is not included in our coverage. 

We will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit.
Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.

Please note that all products marked as final sale or purchased under our clearance section are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

e-Gift Cards are not refundable, nor may they be resold. Any outstanding balance of the e-Gift Card shall not be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale



  • Normal Wear and Tear: Any damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear or aging.
  • Accidental Damage: Damages incurred from dropping the product, spilling liquids, or other user-induced accidents.
  • Misuse or Abuse: Damage or faults resulting from improper use or handling, contrary to the product's intended use or manufacturer's instructions.
  • Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any changes or repairs made to the product by anyone other than an authorized service provider.
  • External Causes: Damage caused by external events, such as fire, theft, and natural disasters.
  • Self-sufficient Components: Components that operate independently, such as cords, Apple Watch chargers, and other detachable accessories.
  • Mechanical Damages: Physical damages like scratches, dents, and stains.
  • Software or Data Loss: Any software or data loss that might occur while repairing the product. Customers are advised to back up all data before service.
  • Battery Leakage: Damage caused by leakage of batteries or the effects of rusting.
  • Exposure to Extreme Conditions: Damages caused by exposing the product to extreme environmental conditions, such as high temperatures, humidity, dust, or corrosive environments.
  • Unofficial Firmware or Software: Damages resulting from the installation of unofficial or pirated software.
  • Expired Warranty Period: Any damages or issues that arise after the warranty period has expired.
