Sale Duration: Markdown sale is valid for a limited time only and is subject to stock availability. The offer may be withdrawn or altered without prior notice.
Discount: The discount is only valid for purchases made during the sale period.
Exclusion of Additional Discount Codes: The sale discount cannot be combined with any other offers or discount codes. No additional discount codes will be applicable on the sale items during the markdown period.
Discount codes may not work on Clearance Collection's products.
1. Free Gift with Selected Products:
Qualifying products are marked on their respective product pages as eligible for a free gift. When a qualifying product is added to the cart, a popup will appear and the customer needs to add the gift to the bag.

Return Policy: In the event of a product return, the free gift must also be returned in its original, unused condition to receive a full refund. If you choose to keep the gift, its value, as stated on the website, will be deducted from your refund amount.

Gift Return: If the gift is not returned or is returned in a used or damaged condition, its value will be deducted from the refunded amount for the returned product.

2. Volume Discounts:
Volume discounts are available on selected products or purchases of multiple items. When a volume discount is chosen, a free gift may be added to the cart but will be charged at its regular price. Customers wishing to receive the free gift must remove other items from the cart, forfeiting the volume discount.
3. Bundle Discounts:
Bundle discounts apply when purchasing a set of qualifying products together. If all qualifying items for a bundle discount are added to the cart, the free gift option might be applied first. To opt for the bundle discount instead, customers must remove the free gift from their cart.

NYTSTND reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, as well as the mechanisms and operational aspects of the promotions, at any time for any reason.
Changes, including modifications to how promotions operate and are applied, will become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
