The quality of the charging tray is excellent and lots of thought went into the design to allow for lots to be charged. The extra USB outlet on the bottom allows me to charge headphones and and Android device that I use in addition to iPhones.

Did not work for my phone or earbuds. However, the company gave a full, hassle free refund.
The idea is great, but the execution fell short of the mark. Materials feel very cheap, theres an annoying “click” when the phone is set to charge, and the lights are unnecessary especially at night theyre way too bright.
The product is a quality product and looks and works great. A couple improvements would be to change the Apple Watch mount so the watch sits horizontal rather than vertical. There is a magnet so vertical works, but it would be easier if I could lay it flat on the magnet.
Also, the fact that the phone overhangs the tray when charging makes half of the tray unusable.
I knew these things when I bought it so it was expected. I still think this is an excellent product but it could be better.
This is my second purchase from NYTSTND. The first one was many years old and finally gave up the ghost. Afterwards, I did a lot of research to see if I could find something I liked better, but NYTSTND wins hands down. My old one also had a charging port for my iPad, but it was a bit fiddly so I went without it this time and bought the Trio Tray. The charging part is pretty, and the tray part has become a must to reign in my nightstand clutter of lip balm, pen, and remotes.
great product, works as promised, I would only recommend the design team to make the bottom space to push up the cards a bit bigger, other than that I am very happy.

Wife absolutely loved it. It worked really well until she spilled water all over it and it malfunctioned. To be expected, I knew it wasn’t waterproof.
